Know where the month stands
Compare planned and actual amounts, see what is still unallocated, and know when the month is ready to close.
Bring income, bills, installments, everyday spending, savings and funds into one monthly plan. See what is available, what was spent and what moves forward. The Core stays free for everyone.
Watch setup, income, budget articles, funds, receipts and the monthly cycle in one short product walkthrough.

The film walks through setup, income, budget articles, installments, funds, moving money, tracked articles, the month cycle from open to close, and receipt review — the AI proposes, you confirm, and nothing is booked before you confirm. Every screen it shows is also on this page, section by section.

Reserve before launch and secure Founder status: 9 months of Premium included, shared family participation free for life, and permanent Founder recognition. The Core is already free for everyone.
These are real product screens captured with demo data. See the monthly overview, receipt review, budget articles and household collaboration before you create an account.

Compare planned and actual amounts, see what is still unallocated, and know when the month is ready to close.

Scan or upload a receipt, review the extracted items and amounts, then confirm what should enter the budget.

Food, transport, children and anything else you create: each article shows its budget, spending and available amount.

Invite household members, assign roles and work from the same current month without passing spreadsheets around.
The guided setup walks you through the information a real household already has: income, bills, installments, spending articles, funds and savings. At the end, your first month is ready to use.
Create the space where your household will plan and track money, then choose the budget year.
Start with the structure. Add the numbers next.
Choose the month you want to start with. You can prepare it first, review the plan, and activate it when you are ready.
Plan first. Activate when the numbers make sense.
Add the income you expect for the month. If an amount changes, update that month without rebuilding the rest of the plan.
The monthly plan starts with the money you expect to receive.
Keep bonuses, vouchers and other occasional income separate so the source of each amount stays clear.
Extra income and carried balances stay distinct.
Save recurring bills and subscriptions once, then adjust the amount only when it changes.
Recurring costs stay visible before the month begins.
Track installments and loan payments separately so fixed commitments are already accounted for in the monthly plan.
Know the fixed commitments before you spend the rest.
Keep money for goals, reserves and future expenses in funds that continue from one month to the next.
Long-term money should not disappear when the calendar changes.
Create articles for the spending you want to control, give each one a budget, and choose what happens to any remaining amount at month-end.
Every planned amount has a purpose and a clear month-end rule.
Create savings funds for specific goals and decide how much the monthly budget should contribute to each one.
Turn a savings goal into a recurring contribution.
After income, commitments, articles and savings are planned, the remaining unallocated amount stays visible until you decide what to do with it.
Nothing left over is hidden from the plan.
Record what actually happens during the month. When it ends, close it to protect its history and carry the appropriate balances into the next month.
Closing protects the finished month and prepares the next one.
That is the basic flow. The sections below show how each part works in practice.
A budget article is a spending category you can plan and track, such as food, transport or children. It has a monthly budget, records its expenses and follows your rule for any amount left at closing.
These concepts appear throughout Our Konomy. Each one has a dedicated guide with examples so you know exactly what it does.
Income, recurring bills, installments and savings behave differently. Our Konomy keeps them separate while showing how they affect the same monthly plan.
Use recurring income as the starting point and adjust the value for months when reality differs.
Keep recurring bills and subscriptions ready for each month, then update the actual amount when a price changes.
Keep loans and installment payments visible as recurring commitments, with amounts you can adjust when needed.
Create funds for goals and reserves, plan regular contributions and keep their balances separate from everyday spending.
Photograph or upload a receipt. Our Konomy extracts the items, amounts and date into an editable review screen. You make the final decision, and nothing is added to the budget until you confirm.
From your phone's camera or a photo on your device.
The receipt is converted into structured items, quantities, amounts and date information when available.
Check the extracted lines in a clear review screen before they affect your budget.
When the app recognizes something you classified before, it can suggest the same budget article. It remains a suggestion until you approve it.
Correct a digit, split a line or choose another article before confirming.
Only after confirmation are the reviewed lines added to the budget. Cancel and nothing is recorded.
Receipt recognition can make mistakes, especially with difficult photos or unusual layouts. That is why every result is reviewable and requires your confirmation before it affects the budget.

When you classify a receipt line, Our Konomy can remember that choice locally and suggest the same article when a similar line appears again. You remain in control of every confirmation.
Move through the main parts of Our Konomy and see how planning, spending, receipts, household access and settings fit together.
The monthly overview brings planned spending, actual spending, unallocated money and the steps toward closing the month into one place.

Closing a month protects its final numbers. The next month starts from the recurring structure and the balances that should continue, so the year stays connected instead of becoming twelve unrelated spreadsheets.
Record actual income, expenses and adjustments while the month is open.
Finalized and protected from later changes.
Starts with recurring items and the balances meant to continue.
Review the inherited plan and adjust the new month before you activate it.
Change the example values and see what remains unallocated and what can carry into the next month. The demo is calculated locally and stores nothing.
At close, the leftover carries into the article's next-month budget (policy: next month).
Illustrative inputs — nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere.
Founder reservations are open before launch. Reserve with a valid email, verify the code we send, and keep your place for launch. After the web app launches, sign in with the same email and claim your Founder benefits within 5 days.
The Core budget is free for everyone. Founder status adds permanent recognition and the benefits below; it does not turn a paid Core into a free one.
Receipt scanning and family invitations included for the first 9 months after launch.
Founders can keep family members in the shared household budget without paying the monthly family-participation add-on.
A dedicated Founder theme and visual identity are planned for the badge system, with a restrained gold accent in both light and dark modes.
The preview shows the intended Founder look. It will remain a theme, so Founders can switch to another appearance whenever they prefer.
Reserve and verify during prelaunch. When the web app launches, create or sign in to your account with the same email and claim your Founder benefits within 5 days.
Anyone with a valid email address can request a Founder reservation while places remain. No payment or card is required to reserve.
Enter any valid email during prelaunch. No payment, no account, no card.
We send a 6-digit verification code immediately to that email.
Enter the code promptly to confirm your Founder place. If the code expires, request a new one. After launch, claim the confirmed place with the same email within 5 days.
Achievements turn consistent budgeting, learning, community and support into a visible progression. The badge system launches after the app; until then, every crest shown here is a preview.

The full web app opens to everyone on October 15, 2026. Founder reservations are already available during prelaunch.
After launch, confirmed Founders have 5 days to create or sign in with the same email and claim their Founder benefits.
The badge system — the ladder to the Lion, and the Dragon above it — goes live after launch, starting with the first crest.
The same household, in native apps. No date yet — we would rather promise it when it is real.

The Premium bundle is cheaper than shared family participation and OCR bought separately — one price, both add-ons.
Annual Premium will be available for both add-ons and the bundle. No annual euro price is published here — when it is set, it will be announced with the launch pricing.
Dragon earners keep OCR at €1.00 per month, for life — a standing discount earned in the badge journey, not a free full Premium.
These four prices are the only public prices. The Core stays free for everyone, forever.
Invite new people to build and use their own independent budgets. For every five qualifying new users, you receive one month of Premium.
Every 5 qualifying new users earns you 1 free month of Premium.
The reward repeats: every additional five qualifying new users earns another Premium month.
Our Konomy is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure and keep sensitive financial actions explicit.
Once a month is closed, its final state is protected from accidental changes. The next month continues only with the balances and rules meant to carry forward.
Receipt and routing suggestions remain editable until you confirm them. Cancel the review and they do not enter the budget.
Financial values use exact decimal handling so totals do not accumulate binary floating-point errors.
The public web launch is the date on the countdown at the top of this page — that is the only date we publish. Android and iOS come later, with no date until they are real.
A person who reserves a place during prelaunch with any valid email and confirms it with the 6-digit code we send immediately. Founders keep the Core free for life, get 9 months of Premium included, keep shared family participation free for life, and carry Founder status that never expires.
The Core — the whole family budget — is free for everyone, forever. After launch there are two add-ons: shared family participation at €3.00 per month, and OCR at €3.00 per month, or both together as the Premium bundle at €5.00 per month. Founders keep shared family participation free for life, with 9 months of Premium included.
The program is limited to 10,000 places. Once all places are confirmed, new reservations close. Unverified reservations can expire and return their place to the available pool.
If you do not verify the reservation code in time, the pending reservation expires and the place returns to the pool. If places remain, you can reserve again.
Any syntactically valid email address can reserve. The server is authoritative for availability and anti-abuse rules.
Receipts are converted into editable lines for review. You can correct the result, and nothing is added to the budget until you confirm it.
No, and we will not pretend it is. It is strong at reading receipts, and the product is built around one rule: you are the reviewer. Nothing is written until you confirm.
Yes. Members join by invitation with a defined role and work with the same household budget according to their permissions.
The web app is phone-ready and installable as a PWA. Native Android and iOS apps are coming — “coming soon” until they exist.
